After moving back to Albuquerque, NM in 2009 to pursue a degree in Business Management, Kenny Hogrefe has gone on to hold the roles of Office Manager at Kumon Education Centers of North America for almost 2 years and presently works as a Training Supervisor for the University of New Mexico's Information Technologies Services as well as managing the day to day activities of his upstart Bon Voyage Promo and advisement on North Suns Entertainment. Kenneth is also an amature angel investor focused on small to medium sized healthcare,technology & real estate start-ups. He achieved his Eagle Scout award in the summer of 2010 and considers this his greatest accomplishments thus far. In an effort to achieve the award, Kenneth fundraised over $5000 and built a team of volunteers to landscape the community hospital in Pagosa Springs, CO

    During My Time Here I : -Obtained SCON level 4 ranking (highest in our corporate group) as well as Windows Site and Mac Site Certification -Part of a 3 person team That formatted and prepped work environment on all 300+ of our campus PC's -part of a 3 person supervisor team that Set up a payscale matrix to make sure all employees are paid equal for there skills and experience -Part of a 3-6 person hiring committee that looked over resumes/interviewed and eventually hired new employees -Trained new employees every 3-6 month period the procedures of proper work procedures and protocol -built training powerpoint and tutorial videos on many of the departments programs. also assisted in uploading these to the servers. -Modify and implement advancement manuals for the rankings of SCON employees
